Dr. A. Phillip Samuels, D.D.S., M.S. has been practicing in Norfolk, Nebraska since 1992.  In 2005, a newer, modern facility was opened at 1303 Andrews Drive. Dr. Samuels received his DDS from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1971 and his MS in Orthodontics in 1973.  He was a faculty member at the UNL College of Dentistry from 1973 to1980, and has been in private practice of orthodontics since 1973.  Dr. Samuels is a current member of the American Association of Orthodontists.
